Fund for Oregon residents to get companion pets altered at a reduced price. If your pet has a litter, OSNF will pay to get the offspring altered, regardless of whether you keep them or find them new homes. They can arrange for transportation to a participating clinic and may be able to arrange for vaccination of your pet if this is required before surgery.
