Kindness Kids Club: Encouraging Youth Involvement

Kindness Kids’ Club is a volunteer program designed to give youth the opportunity give back!  During program hours, our Humane Education Coordinator supervises club members while they perform afternoon tasks and special projects around the shelter. Club members learn how to care for and work safely with the adoptable animals all while building leadership skills and compassion.

Program Information

Kindness Kids’ Club meets through the school year months (September to June) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Program runs from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm

For youth ages 8 to 15 years old

Club members participate in daily tasks such as afternoon feedings, potty walks, animal socialization, and art & crafts.
