Please contact Heartland or the foster coordinator if you have concerns about your foster and their health. Do not diagnose at home. Veterinary care is to be provided through our shelter. Do not take your foster an external vet as it can be potentially harmful if there is conflict with the care plan already implemented by our vet at Heartland; Veterinary costs outside of Heartland Humane Shelter will not be covered.
